How many guests can you illustrate?

The number of illustrations depends on your chosen package and event duration. As a guide:
30–40 guests: 3–4 hours
50–60 guests: 5–6 hours
70–80 guests: 8–10 hours
For larger weddings, additional illustrations can be completed in the studio after the event and posted to you.

Do guests need to sit for the illustrations?

Accepted Answer

No. Guests do not need to sit for long periods. I can work from a quick photograph taken during the event, allowing everyone to continue enjoying the celebration.

How long does each guest illustration take?

Accepted Answer

Most guest illustrations take approximately 3–10 minutes depending on the level of detail, outfit and whether the portrait is for an individual or a couple and if its a caricature style / detailed portrait or faceless illustrations. 
In one illustration i can fit up to 4 people on page .

How do live guest illustrations work?

During your wedding or event, I create based on the package chosen  guest portraits live on the day. Guests can either pose briefly for a photo or I can work from candid photos taken during the celebration. Each illustration is hand-finished and presented as a beautiful keepsake for your guests to take home.

Do the bride and groom receive a portrait too?

Yes. Every package includes a special A4 framed portrait of the couple created especially for you as a lasting memory of your wedding day.

What happens if not all guests can be illustrated?

I always aim to illustrate as many guests as possible during the booked hours, for additional support based on the chosen package , an assistant will be with me on the day. For larger weddings, any remaining portraits can be completed after the event and sent to you by post.

What do you need from the venue?

I require:
One table 6ft and a chair or two (if i bring my assistant on the day) 
Flexible with the spot where i'm placed as long as i have access to a plug
Access to a power socket
I have full liability insurance , if the venue requires please let me know 
Approximately 30 minutes for setup before guests arrive
Please ensure your venue is aware that I will be attending as one of your wedding suppliers.

Do you travel outside Manchester?

Yes. I am based in Manchester and travel throughout the UK. Travel within 100 miles is included, and additional mileage charges are 50p per mile, so keep that in mind . 
If the location its over 3hr away i will add-on accomodation fee.

Popular dates can book up well in advance, particularly during peak wedding season. I recommend securing your date as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
